Libyan - Italian military talks in Rome.

Rome, July 19, 2022 (LANA) - The Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Major General Engineer "Emhamed Al-Sifaw Gogel", discussed with his Italian counterpart, Lieutenant-General "Luca Goretti", files of military cooperation, especially the file of training and the use of Italian expertise in this field, and the rehabilitation of more Libyan cadres.

This came during the visit of the Chief of Staff of the Air Force and his accompanying delegation to the Republic of Italy, at the official invitation of the Commander of the Italian Air Force.

The program of the Libyan military delegation’s visit included many meetings and field visits to many military facilities and facilities, including a visit to the “Technology and Development Complex”, which is one of the largest international companies for the aerospace industries, a visit to the headquarters of the Italian Air Force in Rome, as well as a visit to the 70th wing in Latina city, where it is based. Aircraft (Symerkete SF-260), and a visit to the Pratica di Mare air base, where combat and helicopters are stationed.
