  Tripoli, 18 July 2022 (Lana) The training program on women's empowerment, established by the Center for Municipal Development and Devolution Support, was launched in Tripoli yesterday. This program is part of the implementation of cooperation agreements between the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Local Administration and the Municipal Development and Decentralization Support Center in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).

The opening of the training program was attended by the Director of the Center for Municipal Development and Devolution Support "Osama Al-Kafi and a number of municipal councillors on women and directors of women's empowerment offices in the Municipalities of Tripoli, Hai Al-Andalus neighborhood – Suk Al Gomoa - Tajoura - Ganzour - Ain Zara - Regdaline - Sabratha - Ghadames - Wadi Al-Bouanis - Barak Al-Shati - Al-Hawamed - Gharyan – Al Gal’a - Wazen - Oujla - Tobruk - Jallo - Derna - Misrata - Maslata - Garabouli- Zliten - Zuwara - Wazen - Espia - Adri Al-Shati, in addition to a number of employees of the Ministry of Local Government.
