Maltese Ambassador announces start of granting visas from Maltese Consulate in Benghazi.

 Benghazi, 18 July 2022 (Lana) The Chairman of the Benghazi Municipal Council, Al-Saqr Omran Bujawari discussed on Monday with Malta's Ambassador to Libya Charles Saliba the procedures for granting visas to citizens from within the Benghazi municipality.

According to the Benghazi Municipality Communication Office, the meeting focused on cooperation in the fields of education, healthcare and culture, as well as coordination with the Benghazi Chamber of Commerce, Agriculture and Industry to arrange a meeting of a number of Maltese and Libyan businessmen in Benghazi.

The Maltese Ambassador announced in press statements during his visit that the Maltese Embassy will begin granting visas from next Sunday through the consular section located in the Fuayhat area of Benghazi.
