Tripoli, 18 July 2022 (Lana) First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Fawzi Al-Nueiri discussed on Monday the latest political developments in Libya with German Ambassador to Libya Mikhail Onmakht.

During the meeting, held at the House of Representatives office in Tripoli, the two sides reviewed a number of issues on Libyan affairs and ways to address them in order to achieve security and stability, said House spokesman Abdullah Bleiheg.

The two sides also stressed the need to use all potential in order to reach a settlement to reach presidential and parliamentary elections as soon as possible, to meet the aspirations of the Libyan people.
