During his emergency meeting: Abu Janah calls for raising the readiness of isolation centers to face the fifth wave of the Corona pandemic.

Tripoli, July 17, 2022 (LANA)  - The Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity - Minister of Health in charge, "Ramadan Abu Janah" called for the need to raise the readiness of isolation centers, and to double the capabilities of the health system to face the challenges of the Corona pandemic.

This came during the emergency meeting held by "Abu Janah" today, Sunday, with departmental officials at the Ministry of Health, to take a series of additional measures as part of the country's efforts to prepare and confront the fifth wave of the corona virus.

The Minister discussed with the departments of health emergencies, pharmacy, human resources, and projects a number of items, most notably raising the efficiency of human resources from workers in intensive care departments, and strengthening the state’s strategic stockpile of various medical supplies related to preparedness and response, as well as providing the necessary needs for conducting Daily swabs and laboratory tests to diagnose suspected cases of the emerging coronavirus in reference laboratories.
