Al-Lafi discusses with Al-Mashri mechanisms to address points of contention to make the constitutional process a success.

Tripoli, 16 July 2022 (Lana) Deputy Speaker of the Presidential Council Abdullah Al-Lafi met Saturday in Tripoli with the Head of the High Council of State Khaled Al-Mashri in the presence of members of the House of Representatives Ayman Saif Al-Nasr and Al Mabrouk Al Kabir." Presidential Council sources said that the meeting discussed mechanisms to address the points of contention in order to make the constitutional process a success, as part of the completion of consultations on the road map towards the presidential and legislative elections.
The same sources pointed out that the meeting came as part of a series of consultations held by Al Lafi as part of the task that the Presidential Council looks forward to accomplish to end the current political crisis.
