Tripoli, 14 July, 2022 (Lana) - The Representative of the Presidential Council, "Abdullah Al-Lafi" met, Wednesday in Tripoli, members of the Sixty Committee, Ramadan Al-Tuwaijri, the committee's rapporteur, Mustafa Amsik andMohammed Al-Jilani to discuss the current political crisis due to some controversial texts contained in the draft constitution, and ways to achieve consensus on it among all parties.

During the meeting, they reviewed the initiative of the Presidential Council to formulate a comprehensive national initiative to advance the political process, and many topics related to the draft constitution.

The Media Office of the Presidential Council stated that this meeting comes as part of a series of consultations conducted by "Al-Lafi", within the framework of the task that the Presidential Council aspires to accomplish to end the political crisis in the country.
