The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya participates in the Round Table of African Central Bank Governors.

Tripoli, July 5, 2022 (LANA) - The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (Al-Siddiq Al-Kabeer), a number of central bank governors and the International Monetary Fund, as well as specialized experts and academics from Oxford University, participated in the work of the round-table of African central bank governors in its thirteenth session.

The discussion, which was held in the British city of Oxford in cooperation with the Center for African Economics Studies, focused on macroeconomic management in light of international crises, fluctuations in global commodity prices, compliance and dealing with the economic embargo, cybersecurity threats to the global financial system, and virtual currencies of central banks.
