The Electricity Company discusses the necessary needs to maintain the components of the public network.

Tripoli, July 5, 2022 (LANA) - The General Director of the General Electricity Company / Mohamed Ismail / held a meeting today, Tuesday, with the assistant director general, general managers, heads of departments and a number of specialized technical departments, during which they discussed the progress of the company’s work and the interruptions that the public electricity network suffers from.

 The meeting also dealt with the rapid maintenance of electric power transmission lines and some generating units at production stations and the necessary needs for maintaining the components of the electrical network,

 Urgent technical committees were formed, including a technical committee, to study the company's strategic need for natural gas during the coming period and the possibility of adding additional production projects to keep pace with the volume of consumption.
