Tripoli, July 04, 2022 (LANA) - The gathering of youth events and associations and representatives of youth offices in the eastern region affirmed their full support for the Speaker of Parliament and his peace initiative.
During their meeting with the Speaker of Parliament, Aguila Saleh, in his office in the city of al-Qubba, the assembly condemned the attack on state headquarters, especially the seat of the House of Representatives in Tobruk, according to what was stated by the official spokesman for the House of Representatives, "Abdullah Belhaq."
The assembly stressed that with the people out in the demonstrations to demand their legitimate rights, but by peaceful means without compromising the capabilities of the country.
According to what "Blehaq" stated, the assembly demanded the holding of presidential and parliamentary elections, stressing their full and unlimited support for the House of Representatives and the military against the conspiracies being hatched against them by extremist ideologies, according to him.
