Tripoli, 2 July 2022 (Lana) Demonstrators who took to the streets of Sabha on Friday evening, to demonstrate their rejection of all political bodies and economic and security conditions, set fire to the city's financial services control building, the Libyan news agency correspondent reported.
The correspondent explained that the fire in the financial services control building caused the destruction and burning of many offices, equipment, and documents.
He pointed out that the participants in these demonstrations, which coincided with the protests in Libyan cities, expressed their anger for the deterioration of services and the standard of living, blaming the of existing political bodies for the continuous suffering of citizens, namely high prices, power outages, lack of medicines, liquidity, fuel, etc.
