After Friday's protests, Williams calls for restraint and condemns storming of the House of Representatives.

Commenting on Friday’s demonstrations in several Libyan cities demanding the dissolution of all political bodies, as a result of deteriorating living conditions and expediting of elections.
"Riots and vandalism such as the storming of the House of Representatives late yesterday in Tobruk are totally unacceptable," Williams said in a tweet, stressing need to maintain calm, and for the Libyan leadership to act with responsibility towards protests and urging all to exercise restraint.
