Al-Dabaiba discusses with Al-Awaqir tribe notables a number of social and political files.

Tripoli, 20 June, 2022 (Lana) - The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba, met Sunday, at the Cabinet Office in Tripoli, a delegation of Al-Awaqir tribe dignitaries to discuss a number of social and political files and public affairs in its various fields, according to the media office of the Prime Minister.

The office stated that the notables discussed during this meeting, which was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry for Public Affairs, the difficult conditions experienced by citizens at the Libyan-Egyptian borders, calling on the government to address this matter and take a number of measures in this regard.

The media office stated that the notables stressed, during their speeches, the need to hold elections before the end of this year, as it is a demand for all the Libyan people, with the need for the government to continue providing its services to all Libyan regions and cities.

The office indicated that this meeting is part of a series of meetings held by the Prime Minister, to support the election procedures.
