Tripoli, June 12, 2022 (LANA) - The Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Health in charge of "Ramadan Abu Janah" discussed this afternoon with the Consul General of the State of Libya in Italy - Milan "Salem Jamoum" to coordinate efforts to bring in specialists from the State of Italy in various specializations.

 The two parties also discussed many items, most notably the transfer of foreign expertise to Libya through training, holding seminars, hosting visiting doctors, and following up and supervising patients.

 This meeting comes within the framework of exchanging experiences and improving medical services in the public health sector, in implementation of the Ministry's plan to support specialized medical centers in Libya, and provide their needs for specialized health workers.

It is noteworthy that the Deputy Prime Minister followed up with the Consul General, the situation of Libyan patients in the Italian arena, and was informed of the latest developments regarding their treatment.
