Al-Dabaiba follows up with Acting Minister of Health steps to organize medical treatment home and abroad.

 Tripoli, 2 June, 2022 (Lana) - Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid al-Dabaiba held a meeting, Wednesday, with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health in charge, Ramadan Boujnah, in the presence of the Director of the Tripoli University Center, head of medical supply, and the director of Department of Clinical Affairs and Pharmacy .

The meeting, which was held at the Cabinet Office in Tripoli, was devoted to following up on steps taken by the Ministry of Health regarding the organization of the treatment at home and abroad, and the ministry's readiness to implement the public tender, which has not been implemented since 2009.

In a speech, the Prime Minister said, "What is happening in the treatment file is a situation that cannot be tolerated. If sub- and central medical committees are not formed and sick cases are identified according to specific medical standards, all work is illegal,".

With regard to the general tender of the Ministry of Health, the Prime Minister issued instructions to follow up with the Audit Bureau, in order to complete the procedures, review the tender and start.
