The Supreme Court of Libya is a member of the Union of Supreme Administrative Courts and African State Councils.

Tripoli, May 20, 2022 (LANA) - The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Counselor Mohamed Al-Hafi, participated last Tuesday in the meetings of the heads of Arab and African courts in Cairo, during which an agreement was signed to establish the Union of Supreme Administrative Courts and African State Councils.

  By signing this agreement, the Libyan Supreme Court will be a member of this union, in addition to its membership in the Union of Arab Administrative Courts, the Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and the Union of African Constitutional Courts.
