The Minister of Oil and Gas discusses in Angola the results of negotiations with the African Bank to support the oil industry in Africa.

Tripoli, May 14, 2022 (LANA) - The Minister of Oil and Gas in the Government of National Unity, "Mohamed Aoun", accompanied by a member of the Executive Council of the Organization of African Petroleum Producing Countries "Al-Abu", reviewed the results of negotiations with the African Bank to support the oil industry in Africa.
The meeting, which was held in the Angolan capital, Luanda, also included discussing mechanisms to benefit from cooperation with the African Bank in the development of African member countries to develop oil wealth and benefit from it in the transition to the production of renewable energies, according to what was published by the official page of the Ministry of Oil and Gas.
A team from the Libyan Ministry of Oil and Gas, and from the Angolan side, the Deputy Minister of State for Mineral Resources and President of the Organization of African Petroleum Producing Countries participated in the meeting.
