Tripoli, May 09, 2022 (LANA) - Adviser to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Stephanie Williams, reiterated the full support of the UN mission to the National Oil Corporation to achieve its plans and objectives to increase production rates, in the service of the interests of the Libyan people.
This came during her meeting with the delegation accompanying her this morning, the head of the National Oil Corporation, Eng. Mustafa Sanalla, at the corporation's headquarters in Tripoli.
During the meeting, Williams also emphasized the institution's technical and non-political role aimed at supporting the Libyan economy despite all the challenges it faced, according to what was published by the institution's official page on Facebook.
