Sanalla and Williams reiterate the importance of ending the oil closure as soon as possible and protecting resources from exploitation and politicization.

Tripoli, May 08, 2022 (LANA) - Today, Sunday, in the capital, Tripoli, a meeting was held between the head of the National Oil Corporation, “Mustafa Sanalla,” and the advisor to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, “Stephanie Williams,” devoted to discussing the impact on the local and international levels of the oil closure, including the difficulties in Infrastructure created by the prolonged closure, in addition to the loss of revenue, according to the latter in a tweet posted on her Twitter page.

"In the meeting, we reiterated the importance of ending the oil closure as soon as possible, as well as the need to protect Libyan national resources from exploitation and politicization," Stephanie Williams said in her tweet.
