Williams and Swehli both agree on the importance of maintaining complete calm in the current circumstances.

Tripoli, May 08, 2022 (LANA) - Adviser to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Stephanie Williams, agreed with the member of the Supreme Council of State, "Abdul Rahman Al-Swehli" on the importance of maintaining complete calm in light of the current circumstances, with pressure towards holding elections to end the long transitional period in the country.

This was reported by "Williams" in a tweet posted on her personal page on Twitter.

In the tweet, Williams said that she discussed with Al-Swehli at length the current political situation in Libya and the prospects for the next round of meetings of the joint committee of the House of Representatives and the Supreme Council of State in Cairo on May 15.
