Tripoli, 5 April, 2022 (Lana) The President of the Presidential Council Mohammed Al-Manfi received a congratulatory message on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, from the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyyed Ibrahim Raisi.

The Iranian president congratulated the President of the Presidential Council, wishing the Libyan people progress and prosperity.
