President Deby affirms to Al-Manfi his commitment to return of S.S Community to headquarters in Tripoli.

Tripoli 29 March 2022 (Lana) A phone call was conducted between the President of Presidential Council Mohammed Al-Mnefi and the President of Chad Mohammed Idriss Deby, focused on Sahel-Saharan Community.”

Al-Manfi affirmed Libya's readiness to support the community and to strive to activate it by overcoming the difficulties that it faced, to be able to perform its regional role.

Deby stressed his commitment to return the community to function from its headquarters in Tripoli, and reactivate it to do its strategic role in Africa, and contribute to stability and development in the continent.

The phone call also dealt with Libyan-Chadian relations and ways to develop them to serve the interests of the two neighboring countries.
