The High Council of State discusses developments related to elections and the constitutional basis for them.

Tripoli, March 20, 2022 (LANA) - The President of the High Council of State, "Khaled Al-Mishri", discussed with the consensus committee elected by the Council to prepare the constitutional basis the latest developments related to the elections and the constitutional basis for them.

This came during a meeting held today, Sunday, at the council's headquarters in Tripoli, in the presence of the first and second deputies of the council's president, "Masoud Obaid" and "Omar Abu Shah," according to what the council's media office said.

The media office explained that the meeting dealt with the broad lines that should be focused on when meeting the other corresponding committee of the House of Representatives, and ways to overcome all obstacles that might hinder the work of the two committees to accomplish their tasks as soon as possible.
