The Cabinet assigns a committee to compensate and support local airlines

TRIPOLI, March 20, 2022 (LANA) - The Council of Ministers of the National Unity Government decided to compensate local airlines for damages beyond their responsibilities.
During the fourth regular meeting of 2022, which was held today, Sunday, the Council of Ministers authorized the assignment of a joint committee of ministries; Transportation, finance, economy and trade, to study how to compensate local airlines for damages that are beyond their responsibilities.
According to the decision, the committee will study the possible support possibilities for airlines to adjust ticket prices and reduce them in proportion to the support provided to them.
