Dabaiba: Giving confidence to the new government is a last-ditch plot to prevent elections.

Tripoli, March 02, 2022 (LANA) - The Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, "Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba" praised the position of the members of the House of Representatives who refused to participate in the session held by the House yesterday, Tuesday.

In a visible speech this evening, Al-Dabaiba accused the parliament of fraud in the session to grant confidence to the government for not achieving the quorum, saying that the fraud practiced by the presidency of the House is not new, and that granting confidence to the new government is a last conspiracy to prevent the holding of elections, adding that (today we are closer to the date of the elections than any previous time, and that everyone will be outside the scene, the first of which is the unity government.

Al-Dabaiba reiterated his adherence to not surrendering except to an elected government, and that the national unity government will continue its work until the implementation of the June elections, and that what some deputies called a government that will not work in reality and will not exist, according to him.

He said that the elections will be held on time during the month of June, and that the last obstacle in holding the elections has been removed, considering that the House of Representatives will not be able to obstruct the elections after it fired the bullet of mercy on itself.
