GNU Foreign Minister oversees evacuation of members of Libyan community in Ukraine through Slovakia.

Tripoli, 2 March 2022 (Lana) GNA Foreign Minister Najla Al-Manghoush arrived in Slovakia on Wednesday to follow up on evacuation of Libyan citizens residing in Ukraine.
The minister stressed the need to resolve the obstacles facing the evacuation committee assigned by the Libyan embassy in Slovakia, reassuring the Libyan community members that the Libyan embassy will provide them with all the means to arrive in Libya safely.
The Foreign Ministry said the Minister will oversee the arrival of the first plane carrying Libyans to be evacuated from Ukraine via Slovakia, estimated at about 170 people as a first batch, with other batches to follow.
