Pulbished on:Tripoli, 28 February 2022 (Lana) UN Secretary General Adviser on Libya Stephanie Williams met with a group of members of the House of Representatives from several cities in western Libya, to discuss the latest political developments in the country.
Williams stressed the urgent need to maintain dialogue and avoid any provocative rhetoric that could harm calm on the ground and progress in the Libyan-Libyan dialogue. She said in a second tweet that during the meeting, lawmakers "expressed concern over impact of a potential political crisis on the stability of the country and presented their proposals on the way forward."
