An expanded meeting at the Ministry of Interior to discuss the mechanism of deporting the Libyan community in Ukraine and returning them to the homeland.

Tripoli, February 27, 2022 - The Ministry of Interior held an expanded meeting this evening, which included the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Affairs, Major General “Mahmoud Saeed”, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for Consular Affairs “Murad Muhammad” and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation for Air Transport Affairs “Khaled Souissi” to discuss the mechanism of deportation of the Libyan community in Ukraine.
The meeting, which was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Higher Education Affairs "Saleh Khalifa" and the Director of the Foreign Affairs Department in the Council of Ministers, "Al-Taher Al-Baour", also discussed efforts to cooperate with the committee assigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to deport stranded Libyan citizens, to communicate with them and work on their safe return to the homeland.
