The Minister said in an exclusive statement to the Libyan News Agency, Saturday, that she met a number of displaced families from various Libyan regions, and reassured them about the delivery of their rights and entitlements, which were issued a decision by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and that she is working hard to implement the decision and to pay their dues in accordance with the legal frameworks. without exception.
Al-Kilani explained that the ministry is currently working on completing all procedures for displaced according to the lists referred to it by the competent authorities, to ensure that rights are delivered to their owners in an orderly manner by following the laws and regulations in force in the process of disbursing their financial dues, assuring the displaced that their rights are preserved with the ministry.

The minister stressed that taking legal measures stems from the ministry’s keenness to ensure that the displaced receive their financial dues in order to contribute to alleviating even part of their daily suffering, especially children and the elderly, saying that we will not be able to compensate them for their homes and livelihoods that they lost or were forced to leave, no matter what we offer them.
At the conclusion of her statement, the Minister of Social Affairs expressed her hope and wishes for a comprehensive and complete solution to the problem of the displaced, in which all Libyans and all official, civil and community institutions participate, and guarantees their return to their areas and properties, and this will only take place through national reconciliation and reunification, which is a collective solidarity responsibility It concerns all Libyans without exception, and it is not only the responsibility of the government, which, no matter what is presented, will remain temporary and incomplete solutions and remedies.
