Head of House of Representatives office meets with the Secretary General of Pan-Arab Parliament.

Cairo, 22 February 2022 (LANA) The Head of the House of Representatives Office Abdullah Al-Masri Al-Fadhil, met with the Secretary General of Pan-Arab Parliament ,Kamal Sha’arawi, at the headquarters of the League of Arab States in the Egyptian capital Cairo.

During the meeting ,which was held on the sidelines of the Fourth Conference of the Pan-Arab Parliament, and heads of Arab parliaments Al Fadhil and Sha’arawi discussed ways of enhancing parliamentary relations with the general secretariat of Pan-Arab Parliament ,where many important topics related to the joint parliamentary work were discussed, including training and of staff of the House of Representatives ,through the Parliamentary Diplomacy Center of the Arab Parliament, and participating in activities aimed to improve the performance of employees ,in addition to exchanging experience on the subject.

Abdullah Al-Masri stressed the need for the House of Representatives staff to participate in the nomination for jobs in the General Secretariat of Pan-Arab Parliament, due to their experience, competence, and qualifications.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to exchange visits, to build bridges of parliamentary cooperation between the two sides.
