Tripoli, February 15, 2022 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, "Mohamed Al-Manfi" affirmed Libya's firm position in supporting the Palestinian people, to establish their independent Palestinian state, with Jerusalem as its capital, and its unlimited support for the rights of the Palestinian people.
This came during his meeting today, Monday, in the capital, Tripoli, with Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Ibrahim Muhammad Shtayyeh, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Labor, and the accompanying delegation, according to what was published by the Media Office of the President of the Council on his official page on Facebook.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the Libyan-Palestinian relations, Libya's position in support of the Palestinian cause, in addition to the latest developments in the Palestinian territories, current developments and a number of issues of common interest.
