Tripoli, February 14, 2021 - The Presidential Council received today, Monday, the Adviser to the Secretary-General of the United Nations on Libyan Affairs, Stephanie Williams, to discuss the latest developments in the political process in Libya.
The Media Office of the Presidential Council stated that during the meeting, the efforts of the UN mission to support the political process were reviewed, in which the two sides stressed the necessity and importance of consensus between the House of Representatives and the state.
The UN advisor praised the efforts of the Presidential Council and the steps taken to complete the national reconciliation project.
