The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation recommends that Libyan nationals in Ukraine leave if there is a danger to their safety.

Tripoli, February 12, 2022 (LANA) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has advised all Libyan citizens who are on Ukrainian territory to leave it if there is a danger to their safety, as a result of the situation in the region currently, through the available commercial flights.

In a statement issued this evening, Saturday, the ministry warned all Libyan citizens wishing to travel to Ukraine to postpone their travel at the present time.

It also noted in its statement that Libyan citizens residing in Ukraine can call the number of the Libyan embassy in Kiev for any emergency situation.
