Libya elected second Vice-President of the African Union.

Addis Ababa, 5 February 2022 (Lana) Libya was elected to the post of second Deputy of the office of the Presidency of the African Union at today’s morning meeting of the AU 35th regular session currently held in the Ethiopian capital.
Libya is participating in the session with a presidential delegation, led by Mohamed Al-Mnefi, President of the Presidential Council, Foreign Minister Najla Al-Mangoush, a number of department directors of the Libyan Foreign Ministry, and Libya's ambassador to Ethiopia and the African Union.
