Tobruk, February 4, 2022 (LANA) The Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives, "Youssef Al-Aqori" met, via virtual technology, with his Italian counterpart, "Peroni Fassino" and members of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Italian House of Representatives from the Democratic Party, Italy Forward Party, the League Party, and Long Live Italy Party.

The meeting dealt with the current political developments in Libya and the region, ways of Italy's support for stability in Libya, and a number of topics of concern to the two countries, most notably the migration file and cooperation programs between the two countries.
