Tripoli, January 30, 2022 (LANA) - The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, "Abdul Hamid al-Dabaiba" was briefed on the efforts to unify the Central Bank.

This came during his participation in the meeting held this morning at the headquarters of the Central Bank of Libya, in the presence of the President of the Presidential Council, "Mohamed Al-Manfi", the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, "Fawzi Al-Nuiri", the President of the Supreme Council of State, "Khaled Al-Mashri", and the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, "Seddik Al-Kabeer". Efforts to unify the Central Bank of Libya.

According to the government's official website, the meeting dealt with the economic and financial situation, in addition to political developments and the need to reach an agreed constitutional basis.
