(Al-Qatrani) calls on the Presidencies of Representatives and the Government to resolve differences and agree on a clear roadmap

Tripoli, January 30, 2022 (LANA) - Deputy Prime Minister of the National Unity Government Hussein Al-Qatrani called on the Presidency of the House of Representatives, the Presidency of the Government, and the Road Map Committee formed by the House of Representatives to sit together to develop a clear and time-limited road map through which all obstacles will be addressed, problems resolved and the page of disputes closed. .

Al-Qatrani said in a recorded speech today, Sunday, "This call of mine comes out of my national responsibility, which requires me to exercise my role in finding solutions, bringing points of view and bringing together the parties from the legislative and executive authorities in particular, to bridge the rift and agree on a clear roadmap."

The Deputy Prime Minister called for uniting efforts to develop appropriate solutions and focus on providing food, medicine and electricity, confronting the threat of the epidemiological situation that threatens everyone, and preparing the climate to be suitable for holding free and fair elections and accepting their results.

Al-Qatrani continued, "The stage that the country is going through is a sensitive and articulated stage that requires all national forces to make concessions, deny themselves, and put aside differences for the sake of the nation's interest and the citizen who aspires to a homeland in which he lives, strengthened, honored, enjoying all his rights."

The Deputy Prime Minister added that everyone is tired of the fragmentation that the country is experiencing, and that it is time to move forward with a real will towards development, stability and comprehensive national reconciliation among the people.
