GNU Ministry of Justice condemns assassination attempt on Justice Minister Halima Ibrahim Abdel Rahman.

Tripoli, 29 January 2022 (Lana) The Office of Justice Minister Undersecretary for Human Rights Affairs has strongly condemned the terrorist targeting on Friday of the GNU Minister of Justice Halima Ibrahim Abdel Rahman by unknown assailant who intercepted her car and shot at her in the Area of Al-Sawani, south of Tripoli, according to a statement released by the Undersecretary’s office on Saturday.
The statement described the attempt as a "cowardly act aimed at undermining official state institutions and halting progress," adding that it would not distract members of the Ministry of Justice from carrying out their national duties.
