Sanalla follows up with French company Total Energy its activities in oil fields

 Tripoli, 27 January, 2022 (Lana) - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation, "Mustafa Sanalla," met, Wednesday, in Tripoli, with the General Director of the French Total Energy, Pascal Brent, During the meeting, Total's various activities in the participating companies were discussed: "Oasis Oil, Akakus Oil Operations, Mabrouk Oil Operations", future projects of these companies and Total Energy's contribution to this, and the joint work programs between the National Oil Corporation and Total.

The discussion focused on youth capacity building programmes in Libyan universities in the oil industry specializations by Total Summer University, in addition to Total’s contribution to intensive training programmes in some specializations in the oil industry.

Sanalla called on the management of Total Energy to contribute to the implementation of sustainable development programmes and projects in the areas of operation, in the Gulf of Sidra, and the oases close to its operations, to move the wheel of development there.
