Foreign Ministers of Tunisia and Italy in agreement over need to continue supporting Libya on its political path.

Tunis, 29 December 2021 (Lana) Tunisian Foreign Minister Osman Al-Jarandi and his Italian Counterpart Luigi Di Maio have said they were in agreement on the need to continue supporting Libya on its political path to ensure security and stability in the region and contribute to the integrated economic development of the Mediterranean basin so that it remains a space of security, peace and solidarity among all its peoples.
They made the announcement during a meeting at the Foreign Ministry and Immigration headquarters in Tunis. They reviewed regional issues of common concern.
