Tripoli, 27 December 2021 (Lana) UN Secretary General Adviser on Libya Stephanie Williams said Monday she hopes the House of Representatives will fulfil its national responsibility and address legislation allowing elections to be held.
Williams tweeted: "Today the eyes of 2.8 million voters in Libya are turning to the House of Representatives, we hope that the people's deputies will fulfil their national responsibility to address the requests of the High National Election Commission of electoral legislation and judicial appeals urgently to push the electoral process, wishing them success in this endeavour."
