Deputy Head of Presidential Council receives Qatar's Ambassador to Libya.

Tripoli, 26 December 2021 (Lana) Deputy President of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, received on Sunday morning the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the state of Qatar to Libya Khaled Mohammed al-Dosari, to whom he conveyed the greetings of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, to the Presidential Council, and his wishes for Libya to enjoy stability, security, development and prosperity.
According to the Council’s Communication office Al Lafi praised the position of the State of Qatar in support of the Libyan people, continuing to work on the development of cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries, and follow-up the agreements signed between Libya and Qatar through the relevant committees.
The Qatari Ambassador stressed, during the audience held at the Council's Office in Tripoli, his country's continued support for the efforts of the Presidential Council, which aims to preserve Libya's unity and stability, and to continue to work on the electoral entitlement that the Libyan people aspire.
