Tripoli, December 21, 2021 (LANA) - The President of the Supreme Council of State, Khaled Al-Mishri, renewed his call for all international parties to contribute to the success of the political track and bypassing this stage.

 This came during his meeting today, Tuesday, at the council's headquarters in the capital, Tripoli, with the German ambassador to Libya, "Michael Unmacht", to discuss developments in the Libyan elections file, according to what was published by the council's media office on its official page.

Al-Mishri explained that the council's vision was correct about the impossibility of holding elections without relying on constitutional and legal foundations to ensure a fair electoral process and wide participation by citizens.

He also indicated that the Supreme Council of State is working on finding solutions to get out of the current blockage in the electoral process.
