December 18, 2021 (LANA) - The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, "Hussein Al-Qatrani," met today, Saturday, at the Cabinet Office in the city of Benghazi, with Mrs. Stephanie Williams, the Special Adviser to the Secretary-General of the United Nations on Libyan affairs.

     During this meeting, many issues related to Libya were discussed, especially with regard to the road map, the most important of which is comprehensive national reconciliation, the presidential and parliamentary elections, providing the appropriate atmosphere for them, and solving all the difficulties that may prevent reaching stability in Libya.

    The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Technical Affairs, "Faraj Ak'im", the head of the Internal Security Agency, Major General "Imhamed Al-Tarhouni" and the head of the Cabinet Office in Benghazi, "Rida Al-Fraites".
