US Ambassador to Libya: I and al-Koni discussed; how can the international community better support the efforts of Libyans working for the elections on December 24th.

Tripoli, November 17, 2021 (LANA) - A meeting of the Vice President of the Presidential Council, "Musa al-Koni", today, Wednesday, was held in the capital, Tripoli, with the American ambassador and its special envoy to Libya, "Richard Norland."

   Ambassador Norland said in a tweet posted by the US embassy on its Twitter account after the meeting (the vice president of the presidential council al-Koni and I discussed how the international community can better support the efforts of Libyans working for the elections on December 24.

    The US ambassador added, "The United States supports a real campaign season that allows Libyans to learn about important candidates and issues."
