British Deputy Ambassador conveys to the President her country's interest in holding elections on set time, according to an approved Constitutional rule .

Tripoli, 1 November 2021 (Lana) Vice President of the Presidency Council Abdullah al-Lafi met on Monday in Tripoli Deputy Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Libya, Kate English, to discuss the latest developments in Libya.

  During the interview, Al-Lafi stressed the continued commitment of the Presidency Council, to conduct the elections on the set time, in implementation of the outcome of the political agreement, and the aspirations of the Libyan people..

 On her part, English conveyed to Al Lafi her country's interest in holding elections on set time, according to an approved legal rule, which contributes to the stability of Libya, and get it at the stage of construction and development.
