President of Presidency Council Receives Egyptian Foreign Minister, Praises Egypt’s Role.

Tripoli, 21 October 2021(Lana) President of Presidency Council received Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shukri and the delegation accompanying him, who took part in the Libya Stabilization Conference held in Tripoli on Thursday.
According to the Council’s Communication Office, several issues were discussed at the meeting including presidential and parliamentary elections, support for the 5+5 Military Commission and ending of all forms of foreign forces existence from Libya, to restore stability to the country.
The President paid tribute to Egyptian support for a political settlement in Libya, and restoration of stability to the country, highlighting the positive development of relations between the two countries.
