Tashkent, 5 September 2021(Lana) GNU Minister of Finance Khalid Al Mabrouk said Libya’s oil production could be upgraded to 2 million bpd by the end of 2022, if the $1.1 billion allocated to the oil sector was released.

This came in statements Al Mabrouk gave to the Arab News website, during the annual meeting of the Islamic Development Bank which he attended in the Capital of Uzbekistan Tashkent.
