Pulbished on:Tripoli, August 22, 2021 (Lana) - Deputy Prime Minister, Ramadan Abu Janah discussed, during his meeting on Saturday evening, with Tabu notables in Murzuq, the needs of the regions and cities of the south and the possibility of addressing such needs.
The Deputy Prime Minister discussed with the Tabu delegation the problems and obstacles facing the city of Murzuq and the southern region in general, including the lack of financial liquidity in banks and the lack of fuel, in addition to the low level of services.
Abu Janah stressed that the government is working hard to overcome all difficulties for the residents of Murzuq and the southern region in general, stressing that fuel and financial liquidity are the right of all the people of the region and are not considered a demand. In his speech to the audience, Abu Janah explained the steps that must be taken to reach peace and stability in the city and activate the national reconciliation file, stressing that extending security falls on the government's shoulders, provided that it is in parallel with the steps of national reconciliation.
The Deputy Prime Minister indicated that completing the file of national reconciliation in all parts of the country will be an essential task for the national unity government, headed by Prime Minister Abdel Hamid Dabaiba. For their part, the heads of the councils of Tebu notables and elders and the Social Council of Murzuq confirmed their willingness and desire to conduct a comprehensive reconciliation between the people and Tabu living in the city, calling for the necessity of providing basic services to the residents.
