US Embassy in Libya: 1.3 Million May be in Need of Humanitarian Assistance in Libya.

Tripoli, 19 August 2021(Lana) The UN estimates that 1.3 million people in Libya may be in need of humanitarian assistance as a result of conflict and the pandemic, the US Embassy in Libya said on its SMS page.

The Embassy said in the post marking  World Humanitarian Day that ‘USAIDSavesLives and @State.PRM partners are working to provide health, protection, shelter, and other humanitarian assistance to vulnerable populations in Libya.’
